Who are we looking for
We would like to expand our Finance team and are looking for a candidate with a background in Finance. The job requires the ability to solve a variety of problems, the ability to stay organized and keep track of tasks. Fast company growth brings many challenges and we are looking for an individual with the willingness to explore and learn new things, the ability to study tax laws, accounting, and compliance practices. The ideal candidate can study on their own and gain a high level of understanding in areas which are required, and knows their limits and when to ask for external consulting. The right person for the job can spot frictions in processes and think about how to make them as smooth and with as few dependencies as possible, and lead the process improvement initiatives.
In your new position...
- prepare various reports: profit and loss reports, management reports, and internal reporting,
- prepare income/expense forecasts and budgets,
- report directly to CFO,
- make ad hoc analysis of the company’s performance,
- improve current processes and adjusting them to the constant growth of the company,
- administer invoices, communicate with accountants, clients, and project managers.
What skills will you need
- English - Advanced (B2-C1)
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate/advanced
- analytical skills
- ability to assume responsibility and project ownership
- proactive approach in finding problems, investigating and solving them
- quick adaptability to new processes

- basics of accounting and insight into the tax system is an advantage.
