As Capacity Manager, you'll do some of:

Capacity management. You become one of the key personas within the company. Building the best development team for the client's needs is your everyday challenge. Not mentioning you recognize and take into account developers' technical aspirations.

Administering company software. Knowing the software we use, company licenses, pricing plans, and creating access for newcomers are a part of your daily routine.

Reporting. You are a star in all kinds of tables, especially Google Sheets, setting up formulas and keeping track of important information about projects' progress, invoicing clients, payroll, and others. You conquered tables to the level you write your own formula (preferably in JavaScript) when there's any built-in to use.
And how to know you are doing a great job? Well, easily... When you are off for a while, we miss you a lot and feel the whole company is falling into chaos :)
To get the job, you'll need to have some of:
